 | Sign of the Times at Tipperary Libraries The primary objective of the “Sign of the Times” project is the promotion of Irish Sign language (ISL). “Sign of the Times” is a partnership project led by Tipperary Gold Star, partnered by Tipperary County Council, members of the deaf community and participation by community and voluntary sectors. |

This excellent project won the Eirgrid sponsored “Disability Provision” category in the annual Chambers Ireland Excellence in Local Government Awards 2019. |
